Drop completed applications in the can outside the rear door to borough hall offices. We will collect and review and will call you with any questions. Once the application has been reviewed, we will call you with the amount due. You can then drop a check in the payment drop-box on the rear wall of borough hall. We will collect the payment and will then issue the permit and will mail to you.
Exterior inspections can still be done in person. Interior inspections can be done using photos or virtually. If the property is vacant, the interior inspection may be done in person but that determination will be made when you contact us to schedule. To schedule an inspection, email Tara at tweiss@mountephraim-nj.com or call 856-931-1546, ext. 205.
For zoning applications, put the completed application, along with your survey and a check payable to Borough of Mount Ephraim for $25, in an envelope and put in the can behind borough hall. We will collect, review and will call you with any questions. Once approved, the approved application will be mailed back to you.
The same process applies to resale inspection applications and smoke/carbon monoxide inspection applications. For questions email tweiss@mountephraim-nj.com or call 856-931-1546, ext. 205 and leave a voicemail and your call will be returned. Staff is working a staggered schedule so please be patient–your questions will be answered.

T-N-R Program in Mount Ephraim
We have dedicated volunteers who are working to trap, spay/neuter feral cats. They can always use more help. If you are an animal lover and would like to get involved, or to report feral cats and/or kittens in your neighborhood, please call Borough Hall at 856-931-1546 and ask for Terry or email boroclerk@mountephraim-nj.com.
