The office of Vital Statistics is the custodian of Birth, Marriage and Death Records of Mount Ephraim residents. Our records date back from 1926 to the present. NOTE: Do not sign the marriage application form before going to the Local Registrar. You must sign the application, while under oath, in the presence of the issuing authority.
