The Office of Emergency Management (OEM) provides the means by which the Borough of Mount Ephraim can prepare for, respond to and recover from disaster situations. This mission is accomplished by establishing systems, policies and procedures to ensure interagency coordination and communication.

he Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is a great way to learn how to help your friends, family and community in times of need.  CERT educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their daily lives.  Our program provides training in basic disaster response skills including fire safety, light search and rescue and disaster medical operations.  CERT offers a FREE 20 hour class as well as a Teen CERT program for teenagers 13 & up.  For info on CERT, email the following:[email protected](mailto:[email protected])
