Meetings are in-person and are held at the Municipal Building. Commission meetings are the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm.
For regular caucus and commission meetings, final agenda items will be posted to the website 24 hours prior to the meeting. The next meeting is the reorganization and general commission meeting on January 7, 2026, at 7:00pm and will be held at the Mt. Ephraim Municipal Building. All regular meetings have an open public portion where residents can be heard on any issue. Public comments are limited to five minutes per person in the aggregate. If you are unable to attend, questions can also be emailed to the Clerk in advance and will be read into the record during the open public portion.
