The Borough of Mount Ephraim will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 7:00pm, to consider for adoption the following ordinances: Ord. 2024-10, Amending Chapter 85 of the Borough Code Entitled “Alcoholic Beverages” (changes hours of operation); and Ord. 2024-11, Amending, Supplementing and Revising Chapter 319 of the Borough Code Entitled “Rental Property Registration” (regulates short-term rentals). These ordinances were approved on first reading at the September 4, 2024, commission meeting. The public hearing will be held at the Mt. Ephraim Municipal Building, 121 S. Black Horse Pike, Mt.
